Job Purpose | Manager Quality Assurance & Control - IMRES (Netherlands)
In this Quality leadership role, you will ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement across the
Imres group. You will oversee ISO (9001/14001), GDP (EU/WHO), and MQAS adherence across multiple locations,
while supporting operational excellence through process optimization and digital innovation.

With a strong cross-functional approach, you integrate quality standards into daily operations, optimize processes,
and promote a culture of compliance, efficiency, and innovation. You support performance monitoring through datadriven
insights and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to enhance overall supply chain and
operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities and activities:
- Ensure full compliance with ISO (9001/14001), GDP (EU/WHO), MQAS and DP World quality standards across
all operations
- Lead internal and external audits, inspections, and quality control processes, while managing CAPA and driving
continuous improvement
- Identify and mitigate quality risks through structured documentation, root cause analysis, and preventive actions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics, Operations, and Commercial teams to integrate quality in all
processes
- Monitor performance using KPIs and data analytics to optimise workflows, efficiency, and operational
compliance
- Implement training, best practices, and digital solutions to support a culture of quality and innovation
- Engage with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to enhance end-to-end supply chain and operational
effectiveness
- Guide employees to adhere and enhance product quality control measures and product quality expectations

Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharma, Life Sciences or Healthcare (Pharmacist preferred)
- 3-5 years in quality operations in a pharma, medical, or healthcare setting
- Expertise in ISO, GDP and regulatory frameworks (MQAS/GMP is a plus)
- Strong cross-functional leadership and audit experience
- Operational mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
- Willingness to travel (e.g., to Dubai, Mumbai, Lelystad)
- You have knowledge of the MS Office package and quickly adapt to other systems
- You are a dare and care leader, with strong team player and excellent command of English.
