Job Purpose | international sales assistant - IMRES (Netherlands)
In this challenging position you support the Account Managers in their day-to-day business, helping to prepare quotations, enter orders in the system and be a point of contact for customers.
Responsibilities and activities:
• Preparation of offers and tenders, for our Account Managers
• You take care of order entry in our system (Microsoft Dynamic AX)
• You are the point of contact for customers and suppliers
• You make changes to orders and quotes in our system
• You support the workflow/administration of the Account Manager.
Your profile
• You have at least an MBO working and/or thinking level;
• You are an ambitious individual and who wants to drive our success forward;
• You are available 32-40 hours per week;
• You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English;
• You have attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy;
• You have excellent communication skills;
• You are resolute, you dare to take initiative and you are resistant to (time) pressure;
• You have a positive commercial attitude and you want to do justice to this in an international environment.
