Statement on COVID-19 outbreak

Dear Customer,

This statement is in reference to the COVID-19 outbreak. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected many countries globally. In line with our mandate, we are supporting our partners in vulnerable countries and regions of the world that need support while increasing preparedness or response capabilities.

It is clear that this outbreak is affecting the global supply chain in general and, in particular, the uninterrupted supply of medicines and medical consumables. At this point in time we are facing limitations in means of transport, both air- and sea freight. Several governments are now imposing export restrictions of medicines and medical disposables including personal protective equipment supplies.

As there are many unknowns, we will keep our partners and customers informed in an ongoing and on order to order basis. Imres is doing its upmost to maintain delivery dates and mitigate against future risk of interrupted supplies. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact your account manager.

Imres has taken precautions in line with the WHO and the Dutch government to protect our employees and to ensure we are able to continue serving our partners and customers in the best possible way.

We apologize for potential delays but we trust you understand that this situation is beyond our control.
